1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user information. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children. This App is designed for children and complies with the Google Play Families Policy.

2. Information We Collect

The App itself does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect names, emails, contact details, photos, audio, or files from your device.

However, the App displays ads through Google AdMob. To operate, AdMob may automatically collect limited device information, including your Advertising ID and other device identifiers, which is transmitted off your device to Google for the purpose of serving ads. This collection happens through the AdMob SDK and is outside our direct control.

We do not use any analytics SDKs, and no other personal information is collected or stored by the App.

3. Offline Functionality

The core tracing and learning features of this App work completely offline and do not require an internet connection. An internet connection is only used when ads are loaded and displayed via AdMob.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)

This App is specifically designed for young children learning the Bangla alphabet. We take children's privacy very seriously.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information (such as name, email, or contact details) from children under 13.
• No personal information or account is required to use this App.
• This App is configured to serve only child-directed, non-personalized advertising through AdMob.
• This App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
• This App complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• This App is committed to following the Google Play Families Policy.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at ratiburrahaman@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

5. Advertising

This App shows ads through Google AdMob. To protect children, we have configured AdMob with the following settings:

• Child-directed treatment is enabled.
• Maximum ad content rating is set to G (General Audiences) — suitable for all ages.
• Only family-friendly, non-personalized ads are served.

As part of serving ads, AdMob collects and shares device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) with Google. This data is transmitted securely (encrypted in transit). Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy.

6. Free App

This App is completely free with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. It is supported by AdMob advertisements.

7. Third-Party Services

This App only uses Google AdMob for advertising. No other third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or social media integrations are used.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not store any personal data on our own servers. Any device identifier data collected by AdMob is handled and retained according to Google's own data retention policies. Users can reset or opt out of ad personalization at any time through their device's Android Settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
